AI requests use credits at three times the model provider's cost, including applicable cache discounts and context pricing.

Text messages & Phone Calls

SMS uses 10 credits per segment, MMS 20 per part, and connected calls 20 per minute, rounded across your billing period. Outbound service supports verified US domestic destinations.

Payments stay separate

Rent payments, payment-processing fees, and screening do not draw from this credit balance. Core software remains available when credits run out.

What limitations does the free version of the software have?+

None. Even advanced features like trust accounting and asset-backed maintenance plans are included for free, with no per-unit or per-seat limits. Canceling a credit subscription never removes your core software access.

How do you make money?+

Monthly subscriptions refill credits used for Avery's work, communications, and other usage-based services. Every package includes the same core software.

What can I do with 40,000 credits?+

40,000 credits cover 4,000 SMS segments, 2,000 MMS parts, or 2,000 connected voice minutes. AI usage varies with the model, request size, and cached input.

What happens if I need more credits?+

New AI requests, outbound messages, and outbound calls pause until credits are available. Current requests and calls finish, and incoming communications continue. Any resulting deficit is recovered from future refills; your card is never automatically charged for overage. Refills depend on successful subscription payment.

Do unused credits roll over?+

Paid credits expire at the end of the following billing cycle. Signup promotional credits expire 14 days after your account is provisioned. Cancellation or a failed renewal does not shorten those dates, and a late payment does not extend them.

How long does setup take?+

Some users can onboard in as little as 10 minutes. If you manage more than 20 units or want help planning a migration, the onboarding flow will also give you the option to schedule a walkthrough.
