Why we built AveryIQ
Having managed properties for over 15 years, our founder Andrew experienced firsthand the complexity of keeping residents, vendors, owners, books, and day-to-day work aligned. No matter how hard he worked, the software still expected the operator to stitch the business together.
As an engineer, Andrew resolved that there had to be a better way. Rather than trying to cobble together walled-off legacy tools to achieve automation in property management, AveryIQ was built to be opinionated about the way rentals should be run, and provide all the tools needed to run a successful property portfolio in one package.
AveryIQ not only centralizes capabilities into one system, but it also opens up the underlying database to the endless possibilities of AI (if you are a nerd, read more about our MCP server and API). It plays nicely with other systems, because ultimately it is your business data.
AveryIQ is a small, fast team -- we are engineers from Tesla and DoorDash, backed by Y Combinator, and eager to help those passionate about property management and real estate succeed.
