- Maya Torres is in your database, but Avery just has her number and two words: pre-approved, Oak Park. The rest is in your head, ready to be forgotten.
- But you did talk with her for twenty minutes. Her lease ends in June. She's getting married in July. She has a golden retriever. And her sister lives in Evanston.
- Let's take the burden of remembering these important dates off you. Open up her profile page and tap Speak.
- Then just ramble. No form, no order. Ums and ahs are totally fine. Stuck? Avery suggests things to talk about based on what it doesn't know yet.
- Tap Done and get on with your day. Avery takes all the notes and updates the CRM: her timing, a yard for the dog, her sister.
- Back on her page, it's all there. Each one is marked new. Tap it to see the words it came from.
- Now Avery knows Maya the way you do. Next, what Avery does with all that juicy new tea!
The best details come out of conversations: a lease ending, a wedding, a dog that needs a yard. Say them out loud once and Avery remembers them.
