Set Up Forwarding with Your Email Provider

Email forwarding lets selected messages reach an Avery Smart Inbox automatically. First create the inbox for your goal, then use your email provider to add its generated AveryIQ address as a forwarding destination.

Before You Begin

  1. Decide what the forwarded messages should become in AveryIQ.
  2. Follow the guide for that goal, such as Capturing Leads, to create the right Smart Inbox.
  3. Copy the inbox address ending in @inbox.callavery.com.
  4. Choose your email provider below to connect the address and create a forwarding rule.

Email Providers

  • Gmail - Add and verify an AveryIQ forwarding address, then create a Gmail filter

Forward only messages that belong in the destination Smart Inbox. Avoid forwarding an entire mailbox unless every new message truly belongs in the same AveryIQ workflow.
